The Country Residence Podere Monte Sixeri is a farm residence between the countryside and the coastline of Alghero, Sardinia: 60 hectares of crops, pastures, fragrant Mediterranean vegetation and beautiful landscapes, surrounded by a beautiful valley in which buildings and environment are intertwined in a harmonious natural scenery.
A charming and fascinating place, where you can enjoy the slow pace of a holiday and the delicious dishes prepared with genuine products of the farm with all the family or friends, enjoying the comfort and privacy of your own home. Just a few miles from the airport, sandy white beaches, Marine Protected Area of Capo Caccia-Isola Piana, the Regional Natural Park of Porto Conte and the historical town of Alghero.
The structure offers holiday houses (apartments, villas and a private villa) organized in three different residential complexes (The Residence, the Borgo, Villa Ulivo), swimming pools centrally located to each complex, playgrounds, picnic and barbecue areas, walking tracks, and free parking.
The Residences – a restoration of the old farm structure (farmhouse, stables and warehouse) is located along the valley and offers 5 rustic style apartments, respecting the atmosphere of the working farm (Two-bedrooms, One-bedrooms and a Studio Flat), a swimming-pool centrally located, barbecue area, playground and parking ;
The Borgo – is located on Monte Sixeri, in the most scenic part of the property – offers 14 different types of apartments elegantly furnished in solid wood, made by the local craftsmen, two panoramic pools with hydro-massage, playgournd, and parking ;
Villa Ulivo – private villa with swimming-pool, is surrounded by 12 hectares of olive trees. Decorated in a colonial style with a well equipped kitchen which leads onto a wide furnished patio, ideal for barbecues and al fresco dining.
Along the valley, the restaurant-pizzeria Le Pinnette, opened all year round – with a bright and spacious room, including a veranda – offers a welcoming environment to indulge in the pleasure of an authentic, traditional and quality cuisine – food based on self-produce – a selection within a rich menu.
